For orders with a value of up to 75 € we charge a fixed shipping costs of 4,75 €, regardless of the number of products you want to order or the size of your order. Orders with a higher order value will be delivered free of charge to your home or your desired address. Information on deviating delivery costs can be found here.

The period for delivery begins after receipt of payment.
In the case of payment in advance, this means: the day after receipt of the payment on our bank number.
In the case of payment by Klarna (purchase on account), this means: the day after receipt of the confirmation by Klarna.
The delivery period ends on the following 14th day. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, such a day shall be replaced by the next working day.

Step 1: Add the desired item to your shopping cart
Go to your selected item and click on the button "Add to cart".
The product will then appear in your shopping cart, which is displayed at the top right of the page. Here you can therefore "Continue shopping", "Checkout" or add the recommended additional product "To the shopping cart".
Have you placed all the desired items in the shopping cart and are you done with your purchase? Then click on the button "Checkout".
Step 2: Enter your details
In order to process your order, we ask you to enter some personal data. Do you already have an account with Alka? Then you can simply log in with your e-mail address and password, you do not need to enter your data again.
When you order for the first time, we ask you to create a user account so that you do not have to re-enter your data every time. However, you can also round off your order as a guest at any time, this does not require the creation of an account.
Step 3: Select payment method
Consequently, you choose your preferred payment method: PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Klarna (purchase on account), or bank transfer.
Step 4: Check your order and enter your discount code
If you have a voucher, gift voucher or discount voucher, you can redeem it here. Enter the discount code and click on "Redeem discount code", the discount will be automatically deducted from the total amount.
You can enter additional information in the "Any comments about your order" text box.
Check your order and tick the box "I have checked my order".
Also tick the box "I accept the terms and conditions".
Consequently, click on "Buy".
You will receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail.

For the transmission of all personal data, Alka uses so-called SSL encryption (Secure Socket Layer).
